Location : Bangalore Experience : 10 - 15 years JD - for Data and Analytics Lead We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage and optimize projects within our Data and Analytics department. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance our data management and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Project Management : Lead a team of data and analytics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. - Process Optimization : Develop and implement strategies to improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data and analytics needs across Supply Chain and Operations. - Data Governance : Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, integrity, and security. - Infrastructure Oversight : Oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. - Reporting and Insights : Provide regular reports and updates on project status, performance metrics, and key insights to stakeholders and leadership. - Advanced Analytics : Utilize advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to generate actionable insights. - Data Visualization : Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, leveraging tools like Power BI. - Tool Implementation : Participate in the deployment of tools and technologies to enhance Data Platforms- Knime (Add on), Snowflake OR SQL- any one (Mandatory) Power BI(Mandatory) within the Global Competency Center. Qualifications : - Experience : 10 years in Global Capability Centers, preferably in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 4-5 years in data and analytics, ideally in a multinational corporation. - Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Communication Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Supply Chain Knowledge : Familiarity with concepts of Supply Chain Management. - Hands-On Expertise : Proven experience in data and analytics, with the ability to process data and develop meaningful insights. - Data Visualization Proficiency : Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI. - Collaboration Skills : Strong cross-functional collaboration and networking capabilities. - Data Management Knowledge : Solid understanding of data management principles, techniques, and tools. - Business Intelligence Familiarity : Knowledge of industry-standard data analysis and business intelligence platforms.
