MS Dynamics 365 Developer - Power Platform

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities : Development and Customization : - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, and workflows. - Utilize C#, JavaScript, HTML, and other technologies to build and enhance functionalities within the platform. Integration and Data Migration : - Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other applications using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs. - Perform data migration tasks, including data mapping, transformation, and loading into Dynamics 365. System Configuration : - Configure Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules, to meet business needs. - Implement best practices for system configuration and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting and Support : - Identify and resolve technical issues within the Dynamics 365 environment, providing timely support to users. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system-related issues. Collaboration : - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. Documentation : - Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience (3 years) as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including customization, configuration, and integration. - Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages. - Experience with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Power BI. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
