Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role as an APEX Lead located in Noida. As an APEX Lead, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing and enhancing Oracle APEX development projects, providing technical expertise in APEX design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage APEX development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring and coaching team members. - Design and develop robust and scalable APEX applications, leveraging your expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for APEX development. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APEX applications. - Stay updated on the latest APEX features and best practices. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and : - Proficiency in Oracle APEX development, including experience with APEX components, themes, and plugins. - Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts. - Experience with advanced APEX features and techniques (ORDS, plug-ins, interactive reports, mobile apps). - Experience leading development teams and managing APEX projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
