Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
A leading furniture retailer company are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to join an ambitious team to drive their online growth strategy.

Pension schemeKey Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to boost online sales.
Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize user experience, and improve site performance.
Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, email).
Keep all website products up to date including price, product descriptions, imagery.
Organise local events for showroom anniversaries, launches of new ranges, special shopper nights etc.
Organising photoshoots to capture imagery where necessary.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
