Solutions Architect - Airline Retailing, Offer & Order Management, NDC

Newly created opportunities in a next generation Airline retail.

We're looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect who has a background in airline retailing and integration to join an Architecture and Strategy team; this role will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex solution architectures as well as helping drive towards the business goals/roadmap.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Providing complex solution designs in line with domain and enterprise architectures - focused on airline retailing (Offer / Order, IATA One Order, Digital and NDC).
• Working closely with the Enterprise Architects to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
• Contribute to the delivery of the NDC distribution strategy: improving the customers booking experience and increasing revenues.
• Defining business requirements and assessing impacts to existing business processes and systems / Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NDC end-to-end flows.
• Contributing to both technical architectures (ensuring feedback loops from implemented architectures) and the continued development of technical strategies.

Exposure to NDC and ONE Order systems, merchandising solutions, fare shopping & pricing engines, PSS, CRM, airline revenue management systems, dynamic pricing systems, personalization and recommendation engines, payment system is advantageous.
