IT Project Manager - Permanent - Hybrid Working - Financial Services

A financial services business with a very open and inclusive culture are in the market for an IT Project Manager with experience of delivering across all aspects of technology, software, infrastructure and IT Security. You'll need to have strong IT project management skills including great stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to deal with execs. You'll need solid PM principles in planning and delivery and be able to run multiple projects concurrently. The role sits within the Technology change function, providing exciting transformative projects to sink your teeth into.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have worked within Financial Services or on long-term projects with FS Clients

- Be able to commute 1-2 days to the office in central Birmingham

- Possess strong experience managing core IT projects, understanding infrastructure architecture

The business is doing some interesting work in process automation, so any experience in BPO, RPA, utilising AI or Chatbots etc would be of significant interest.

You will need to be a great communicator and come with the ability to work with different teams across the business. You'll need to work in an agile way but understand the need for waterfall in some instances.

The salary is £55-60k and there is also a superb benefits package available including 30 days holiday plus bank hols, 10% pension and annual bonus.
