This company is a leading business in the retail industry and is seeking a Senior CRM Exec to join their BAU team.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from conception through to building and reporting. You will oversee and elevate the campaign work, looking to optimise and improve them and manage the testing plan through AB testing ensuring campaigns are personalised. This is a really exciting opportunity to lead across core campaigns for this brand!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Hands on experience with ESP
• AB testing and segmentation experience
• Strong passion for CRM
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
