Associate Director - Commercial Property Management

Our client, a global leader in real estate services, is seeking an Associate Director to join their Manchester Property Management team. You will oversee a portfolio of mixed-use commercial assets across the North of England, including office, retail, industrial, and F&B properties. Key responsibilities include leading site-based teams, managing financial performance, and ensuring the highest standards in property management. You’ll work closely with specialist teams in ESG, technology, and customer experience to drive innovation and sustainability.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000 + car allowance and a market leading bonus.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified with experience managing large multi-let assets
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
• Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach
• Ambitious, with aspirations for promotion and career growth
• Willing to be based in Manchester 3 days per week
