Overview of Role:

Working for D2 Global, you would be supporting major infrastructure projects throughout the UK working with client teams. The specific role on offer would be to assist the maintenance of the centralised intranet site, including document libraries across multiple teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with content owners to collect their requirements.
  • Assist the SharePoint Manager with regular audits.
  • Update contact lists, maintenance logs and book regular check in meetings with site owners.
  • Support SharePoint and Document Library users with permissions and access
  • Provide first line basic support to users with questions and queries
  • Ensure all SharePoint sites are maintained by working with content/site owners to update information.
  • Working closely with colleagues from Information Management, Communications & Business Systems to ensure stakeholder requirements are fulfilled.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop robust relationships across all key stakeholders.
  • Have a basic understanding of SharePoint online, including the use of document libraries as data repositories.
  • Some experience with data migrations, either manually or using ShareGate.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing construction project environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Polite telephone manner
