Job Description

Are you a skilled Estimator/Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity?

Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking an experienced professional to take on a dual role within their dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various construction projects
Assess project tenders and negotiate contracts
Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and financial success
Identify and mitigate cost-related risks throughout the project lifecycleWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in both estimating and quantity surveying roles
Experience within groundworks, civil engineering or demolition is desirable
Strong understanding of processes, costs, and materials
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management)What's On Offer:
