Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising Executive

We have an exciting new opportunity for an E-Commerce and Visual Merchandising Executive to join our team based at our Head Office in Manchester.

The role requires a proactive, organised, driven and hardworking individual. You must be able to remain calm and professional in pressured situations while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. This role demands a team player who is eager to learn and develop and can grasp new information quickly in a very agile and fast paced business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Support the team on managing the sites 5.
• Owning product management across our different stores including product creation, pricing, navigation, and categorisation.
• Visually merchandising the websites weekly in line with product performance and visual aesthetic.
• Ensure products, categories and pages display the correct information, links and images.
• Assigning attributes to products including variant options, cross sell, product description, uploading, imagery and video upload and all meta-field options by Shopify analysis to improve site functionality.
• Ensuring that onsite content is continuously up to date and relevant.
• Adhoc data entry, administrative Ecommerce tasks as and when the business requires.
• Ensure products, categories and pages display the correct information, links and images.
• Continual data analysis of trends and identifying opportunities to scale our E-Commerce business, research in competitions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Has a minimum of 3 years' full-time work experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent written skills for copywriting product
• Strong communication skills with all levels.
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient with Shopify.
• Previous use of Inventory Planner and Matrixify is desirable.
• Hard-working with a strong passion and enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
• Flexible to suit the needs of the business and have willingness to provide essential support to seniors.
• Conscientious with every task undertaken with a high-level of attention to detail.
• Organised and can manage task priority according to responsibilities.
