What the Job Involves

The role involves supervising a team of repairs operatives to ensure high-quality work standards and efficient use of materials. You will coordinate multi-trade repair projects, especially those impacting multiple properties, and conduct pre and post inspections on tenanted properties. Additionally, you will manage the void team to ensure timely delivery of void properties and attend evening TA meetings as needed. A crucial part of the job is ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in all activities and maintaining responsiveness to customer needs.
