Keyholder (Bicester Village)

We are currently looking for Full Time Keyholders to join our new store opening in November 2024!

The PAIGE Retail Senior Sales Associate/Keyholder role is responsible for maintaining and growing sales in our partner’s retail stores by keeping a strong and detailed approach on the wants and needs of the business. The candidate will need a strong sales background, with good knowledge of stock control and a proven track record of excellent customer service. They must be a keen a team player with a strong eye for trends and be able to adapt in multiple settings for the needs of the business. Strong business acumen is vital within the role, to provide clear feedback to improve and drive the business forward, in line with the ethos of the brand.

We are looking for individuals who are driven towards selling and reaching targets each week and month, and who have a passion for clientelling and can build strong relations with customers to drive sales. Our Senior Sales Associates support the Store Management team with team management and delegation, ensuring all departments are covered and tasks are completed including stock management, visual merchandising, deliveries and transactions.

The role will also be required to support with store pop ups and events to maximize sales, keeping up to date with key market trends and reporting.

About you:

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of the fashion/apparel market and industry, preferably denim, have great written & verbal communication skills and be a confident and strong seller. In addition, you will thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment, be able to adapt and take on new challenges and be commercially aware. Ideally, you will also have experience of team management.
