Great Opportunity to work for a lovely client in South West London as a Customer Service Advisor

£25-33k DOE!

Wimbledon / Option to work from home one day per week

Are you a friendly and confident individual with excellent communication skills? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position, with the working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include handling client enquiries over the phone, responding to email and live chat inquiries, making appointments and bookings, and making customer care calls. You will also be responsible for preparing training seminar rooms and providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a warm and friendly manner, and be computer literate. A smart appearance is required. Our client is looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and a good team player.

Desired Skills and Experience

Excellent Customer service skills, client facing and via telephone/email.
Empathetic qualities, able to deal under pressure
