What you’ll be doing

The PPC team manage international paid search marketing campaigns and are responsible for the profitable spend and evaluation of a multi-million-pound annual budget. We are professional, expert and data driven.


The PPC Manager will report into the Marketing Director and will work to achieve our commercial and strategic goals set out by the Marketing Director. You will work to help drive profitable revenue growth across Pay Per Click and our wider digital marketing portfolio, including Marketplaces, Affiliates, SEO, Email and more.


Role Overview:

As the PPC Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and scaling our Google Ads international campaigns across 20+ countries, ensuring strong performance across a diverse range of product categories.


The PPC Manager will report into the Marketing Director and will work collaboratively with other business departments to achieve our commercial and strategic goals.

This role presents significant growth opportunities, with the potential to expand into managing other digital marketing channels, such as affiliates, with a key focus on growing European sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across a number of products and in 20+ countries.
  • Drive automation and efficiency by working closely with our in-house tech team to build and refine PPC tools.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and product margin.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive ongoing performance improvements.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Provide detailed performance reporting to senior leadership, outlining key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.


We’d Love to Meet Someone With

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads for ecommerce businesses with large and varied product catalogues.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structures, and automated tools within Google Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, or other reporting tools.
  • A data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present performance results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing or having a strong interest in other digital channels, particularly affiliate marketing, is a plus.
  • Constant desire to learn & undertake new challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required.
