Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Job Description:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the luxury hospitality sector, specifically within private members clubs or 5-star hotels. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the club, maintaining the highest standards of service, and delivering an unforgettable experience for our members.
Experience working large & small scale events is preferable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily club operations.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments.
- Manage and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
- Address and resolve any member concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate events and functions, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed member expectations.
- Maintain the club's high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance.
- Implement and uphold club policies and procedures.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager role within the luxury hospitality sector, specifically in private members clubs or 5-star hotels.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
