Harnham are working exclusively with a leading consultancy that partner with some of the largest retailers across the UK, delivering strategic insights to improve strategy, and the lives of employees. This is a great opportunity to be hands-on with data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

The Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver insights senior stakeholders
• Design questionnaires and surveys
• Using research and insight to help inform overall business and brand strategy
• Collaborate with the wider teams in the business to support with business insights
• Support with ad-hoc projects
• Mentor junior members of the team
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including agencies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Insight Manager will have:

• Knowledgeable with quantitative methodologies
• Experience working with Market Research/Survey data
• Knowledge of tools such as Excel and SQL beneficial
• Great communication skills
• Being able to tell a story using data
• Experience managing projects from end to end
