Unreal Engine Archviz Artist

One of London's premier technical production agencies is seeking a midweight architectural visualisation artist with a focus in Unreal Engine, to join their thriving team in the heart of North London. This is a full-time permanent position, with a guide salary of £50,000 p/a.

This role is open to candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, with examples of previous architectural or interior design visualisation being non-negotiable. Experience and understanding of Unreal Engine is crucial, with this being the primary software utilised in this position. The studio hopes for an experienced, enthusiastic, knowledge-hungry artist with a strong creative vision to join the team, and offers a great environment in which to hone and advance their skills.

This role will primarily concern interiors product work, including soft furnishings, curtains, wall and light fittings, furniture items etc. and the environments in which they sit. This therefore requires strong attention to detail to produce perfect accuracy on product models. The studio works with some of the top retailers and brands within the UK, Europe and USA, so the output of the studio is expected to match the prestige of the client. Alongside the accuracy of the product, artists are expected to produce stunning environments in which to place them, marrying the product to its environment seamlessly and creating a photorealistic result. Skills in modelling, lighting and shading, and post-production are key to achieve this.

This is a creatively driven role, with the creation of photorealistic renders being of paramount importance, however technical skills are not sniffed at, and are considered a valuable asset for prospective candidates to possess. In addition, experience within other software such as 3DS Max is preferable but by no means essential.

• £50,000 p/a
• Unreal Engine experience vital
• Further experience in any of 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Houdini, Vray/Corona beneficial
• Hybrid working - 1/2 days from home per week
• Architectural/interior design CGI background required
