Location: Newcastle

Term: Permanent Full-time or Part-time (min 30 hours)

Salary: £27000

Reports to: Head of Operations

About the role


Great opportunity to join a multiple award winning, innovative FinTech payment institution.


The Implementation Administration Assistant will form part of our Implementation team and play a crucial role in supporting data entry and customer account implementation tasks.

We want someone who is proactive; can work independently; is passionate about delivering excellence and a self-starter who is ready to jump in and get things done.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for ensuring new customer (PSU) account applications for payments and card functionality have been completed and approved by Compliance to ensure an audit trail exists for future reference
  • Implementing the new PSU accounts on the B4B platform, ensuring this reflects the approved product parameters/limits etc.
  • Work within agreed service levels to ensure optimum service delivery for our customers
  • Maintain excellent quality standards to prevent errors and rework
  • To operate within all Security and Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
  • To comply with all relevant legislation and regulation at all times.
  • To undertake any clerical and administrative tasks required


REQUIREMENTS

Essential (Need to have)


  • Highly self-motivated, well organised, methodical and able to manage your own time effectively
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues
  • High accuracy and attention to detail


Desirable (Nice to have)


  • Bachelor's degree
