Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and high-traffic beauty marketplace? This growing leader in the beauty industry is looking for a Paid Social Manager to spearhead the launch of their paid social strategy. With the highest traffic in its category, this is an exciting moment to join their team as they expand their marketing efforts into paid social channels.

The business currently generates £10M in turnover, has built strong partnerships with key retailers, and is led by a founder with a proven track record, having scaled their previous venture to an impressive £400M turnover.

As part of an agile team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of their CRM Strategy and Execution.

Your Profile:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of the email marketing channel; ideally within the retail sector.
• Circa 2+ years’ experience using industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Confident using Excel.
• Analytical background and enjoyment working with data.
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm when under pressure
• Strong desire to learn with the ability to work independently
• An enthusiastic team player
