We are seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Receptionist for our client, a prestigious medical and wellness facility in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned clinic, delivering world-class health and longevity services to members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional, and courteous welcome to all members and patients
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, providing accurate information about services and prices
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and liaise with various departments to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist with membership registration, payments, and other administrative tasks
• Support the team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hospitality or customer service environment, preferably in a medical or clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver high-quality service
• IT literate and comfortable using relevant systems
• A flexible approach to work, including weekend availability
