Toucan is a full-service Amazon and TikTok agency based in the UK, NAM, and APAC. Our global HQ is in London, and we also have offices in Miami, Melbourne and Mexico City. We handle £M’s of revenue for an extensive list of global brands across Amazon and TikTok.


Toucan are an advanced Amazon Advertising Partner that supports brands to accelerate their businesses globally. We specialise in Amazon strategy, sponsored advertising, programmatic DSP advertising and creative services (static and video).


We are also a TikTok Shop Business Partner, and support brands to drive their TikTok business through content strategy, affiliates & influencer partnerships and paid advertising management.

You will be working with a highly motivated, supportive team and we are eager for an individual to come in with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the desire to learn and add value wherever possible.


Position Overview:


Our TikTok team has recently been created so you’ll be tasked with leading a fresh and fast growing team.


This is a huge opportunity for you to bring your knowledge and experience and use it to shape our newly launched TikTok management service – from our client proposition to our internal processes. This brings with it huge potential in terms of progression and opportunities.


As a Senior TikTok Manager, you will lead the development and execution of TikTok strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients, content creators, and internal teams to craft engaging content and strategy that aligns with each brand’s goals and resonates with their target audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok, has a deep understanding of its ecosystem, and can manage multiple accounts with an innovative, results-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: driving this newly formed team; implementing ways of working and process to enable an efficient and effective team.
  • Shaping Client Proposition: working with the wider agency to map out our client proposition, including service levels, scope of work, client servicing strategy, reporting etc
  • Marketplace Management: manage the day-to-day operations of our clients’ TikTok marketplace store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Client Relationships: liaise with senior stakeholders, helping to maintain and build positive client relationships whilst delivering success for our clients in their online sales objectives.
  • Content Strategy: Implement engaging content strategies to showcase products and drive user engagement on TikTok. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality video content.
  • Campaign Execution: execute marketing campaigns on TikTok, including sponsored posts, influencer collaborations, and paid advertisements. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a positive customer experience by managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Monitor reviews and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments on TikTok and in the broader social commerce landscape. Identify new opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in all TikTok marketplace activities.


Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience in managing TikTok accounts, either agency or brand side
  • Proven track record of managing and growing TikTok accounts for brands or clients, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience behaviors.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative content that resonates with different target audiences.
  • Experience working with influencers and creators to drive campaign success.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Previous client management experience
  • Confident and ambitious candidate that enjoys networking and building strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High-energy and self motivated
