Job Description

The opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Pre-Production Assistant to work with the Studio Admin Coordinator

to transform the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.

  • Repackage, inspect, and track all products as they enter and leave the studio
  • Check in and out samples, ensuring items accurately match our orders
  • Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Pre-Production Coordinator
  • Assist stylists and photographers on photoshoots with steaming, SKU notes, packing and prepping relevant products
  • Use internal applications and tools
  • Organise orders for photoshoots
  • Maintain spreadsheets for product status tracking
  • Liaise with stylists and photographers to ensure smooth running of photoshoots
  • Any other duties requested by the Department Leadership Team

This position will include weekend shifts and ideal shift times for this role are 6am-2:30pm.
