Role

Swap is looking for a hands-on Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving operational efficiency across our revenue teams, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.


Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and scale foundational processes that are key to our continued growth. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make an immediate impact across multiple areas of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will act as a strategic partner across the organisation, playing a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment between teams, supporting a cohesive strategy for achieving growth and operational goals.
  • Create the structural foundations that help identify growth opportunities, such as optimizing lead flow, sales processes, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proactively manage the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across systems, ensuring alignment between operational processes and overall business objectives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Build and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs within the CRM and other systems, providing real-time performance data to drive strategy.
  • Engage in cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and the optimisation of revenue operations processes.


Requirements

  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in management consulting or a strategic/operational role within a high-growth tech company.
  • Passion for designing scalable processes and driving operational excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other data-driven tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Excellent business acumen paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flawless English language skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling communications and presentations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment or within a rapidly scaling company is a plus.
  • Hybrid - 3 days in our Holborn office
