The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join our team in London. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the role will sit within the Brand Marketing team. You will be responsible for producing content to support the strategy to drive member spend and engagement across our 200+ brands from our 3.8m+ members. You will be responsible for:

  • Creative copywriting to influence end member spend and engagement across our key channels; Emails, in-app messages, SMS and push notifications.
  • Content creation using Figma across our key channels.
  • Support ideation, creation and development of new content and key campaigns in the Marketing calendar to drive metrics.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the wider team to present engagement trends, insights and recommendations.
  • Responsible for day-to-day reporting for the Brand Marketing team.
  • Support Marketing Manager with collating performance and key results for our top retailers.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Head of CRM by creating different variants of key comms to drive our testing roadmap.
  • Complete regular market research and report back to the wider team.

You’ll need to have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a B2C marketing role is preferable
  • Excellent copywriting skills, ability to write and influence behaviour across all channels
  • Marketing experience and track record of email creation in the retail space
  • Excellent attention to detail with a good eye for creative
  • Commercially minded
  • Great organisational skills
  • Proactive and always looking for opportunities to improve and learn.
  • Creative, innovative and keen to take educated risks to get results.
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results orientated
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team player with a positive attitude
