D365 BC Project Manager - Hybrid / UK – Full time - Salary £65-£75k

In your role as an experienced D365 BC Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our ERP projects, delivering tangible business outcomes, and enhancing their ongoing digital transformation journey.

The Role

We are working with a leading UK based end client in the who are seeking an experienced D365 BC Project Manager to join their team and play a leading role in their business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end D365 Business Central projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate and communicate with third-party vendors, technical teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper change management strategies are in place to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption to the business.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest Business Central features, ensuring our system is optimized and future-proofed.

Experience

• 5+ years experience in project management, specifically managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations for end clients.
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, including financials, operations & supply chain.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II (certification desirable)
• Experience with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies
