AIM-listed Huddled Group PLC is the owner of circular economy e-commerce businesses Discount Dragon, Nutricircle and Boop Beauty.

Huddled works with manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors to stop surplus goods going to waste. Because Huddled is able to buy surplus products at a significant discount to their retail value, it is able to offer these goods to its customers at heavily discounted prices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role covers a broad range activities, including the following:

• Processing purchase invoices in line with the company’s approval process
• Verifying inbound inventory against supplier invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing weekly and monthly payrolls, including auto enrolment pensions
• Assisting with management accounts and KPI reporting
• Undertaking other finance administrative tasks and general support as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and have excellent attention to detail.

They will be able to manage their workload, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

They will be highly numerate and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

The role will involve close collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communication skills are therefore essential.

Experience of Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll and/or experience working in the e-commerce industry are desirable but not essential.

THE PACKAGE

The role is based at Huddled’s warehouse in Leigh.

The salary for the role is up to £30,000.

The holiday entitlement is 20 days plus bank holidays.

The company offers a 5% pension contribution and 2x salary life cover.
