This role requires flexibility during our busy season with regards to hours and days worked.

We are looking for a Plumber to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

Key responsibilities

· Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.

· Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.

· Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.

· Assist other staff members as required.

· Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.

· Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.

· Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.

· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly in regard to health and safety.

· Seasonal shift & on call rota.

· Any other duties as and when requested.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities

· City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (or above).

· Unvented ticket.

· Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH.

· Knowledge of building regulations.

· Possesses own hand tools.

· Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.

· Significant proven experience.

· Full clean UK driving licence.

· High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

· Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative.

· Highly flexible and adaptable - ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and be on call.

· Highly professional and presentable.

· Able to work well in a team and unsupervised.

· Extremely confidential and discreet.

· Can follow instructions in a cooperative and accurate manner.
