Job Description

In line with business objectives, my client is looking to strengthen their Sales team by hiring a new Internal Sales Executive. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to proactively build and nurture relationships with existing clients, maximizing business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Account management
  • Generating and calculating freight quotations and tender documents
  • Drafting and sending sales correspondence
  • Conducting follow-up calls
  • Managing the sales process through to closure
  • Ensuring quotes are completed promptly and followed up to optimize conversion
  • Visiting clients when required


Experience/Skills Required:


  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in freight forwarding or export sales (preferred, but training will be provided)
  • Proven success in calculating and submitting quotes and tenders
  • Experience negotiating with clients and suppliers
  • Key account management with a track record of developing strong client relationships
  • Strong administrative and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
