Position Title: Sales Associate

Shop Locations: London, Soho + Shoreditch Locations

Reporting To: Store Manager

Hours: Full-Time (40hrs p/w)

Wear London is a brand born from resilience and innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic. With deep roots in garment manufacturing, we initially shared our journey on Instagram, showcasing our collaboration with local factories in a pop-up environment.

The overwhelming interest in our designs inspired us to launch Wear London as a standalone brand in 2020. We provide high-quality designs with fabrics sourced from Italy, manufactured in London, in limited runs at accessible value. Tailored to meet the everyday needs of professionals looking to transition seamlessly from office wear to evening events, balancing both formality and style.

Customers can shop online https://wear-london.com/ or in one of our 3 locations in London, UK (14 hanbury street, 57 Brushfield street, and 94 Berwick street). We are launching our 4th standalone shop in Brighton, in September (East Street). Join us on our journey!

Role Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team - individuals who are eager team players, ready to contribute and collaborate effectively. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store's daily operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to deliver Wear London sales targets by executing Wear London customer service, retail and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers, providing product information and recommendations using strong knowledge of the brand.
• Maintain store presentation and replenish shop floor
• Assist in ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience and smooth store operations.
• Assist with weekly deliveries of stock.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
