We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Therapist to lead our dynamic team of therapists.

The Role:

Our Head Therapist, will have a strong background in spa treatments, team leadership, and exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the highest standards of service and care are maintained throughout the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality treatments and customer care.

- Oversee training, development, and performance reviews for therapists.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the treatment menu.

- Manage treatment schedules, ensuring therapists are booked efficiently to meet client demand.

- Ensure the spa maintains a serene and professional environment.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and tact.

- Collaborate with the spa manager to develop promotions and packages that enhance the guest experience.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.


Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a therapist in a luxury spa environment.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing a team.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Knowledge of a wide range of treatments including massage, facials, and body therapies.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Passionate about wellness and guest satisfaction.

Location: London

Salary: Competitive + Service Charge + Commissions

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours)
