Client and Fittings Manager (Maternity Cover)

This is a multifaceted role, with a focus on offering our global clients the highest level of customer service at all times during the creation of their couture garments (both bridal and eveningwear). You will be integral to, and responsible for, the smooth running of all client fittings, managing their scheduling, enquiries, requirements and billing, alongside supporting our team of fitters in all client fittings.

In addition, you will manage the running of The Conservatory building and its team of 2.

You will be based full time (5 days a week) in our Chelsea fitting space, The Conservatory, but will work closely with the whole artisan team across the Shop, Conservatory and Atelier.

The Role will Include:-

· creating and managing all client fitting schedules, balancing internal and external diary requirements and co-ordinating closely with our Atelier to ensure our production schedules run smoothly

· managing all client fittings by overseeing the logistics and requirements for both the client and our Atelier before, during and after the appointments, and assisting our fitters in all fitting appointments

· serving as the main point of contact for all clients throughout their couture process (often 8 fittings, over 8-12 months)

· ensuring a smooth and seamless experience of the highest luxury standard for all our clients

· managing order updates, billing, invoicing and payments for all clients

· managing the running of The Conservatory Building and Team

· working closely with the Management and teams across all three Phillipa Lepley properties

Ideal Requirements:-

· a minimum of 3 years experience within client facing couture, luxury bridal or fashion

· knowledge of couture garment making and fabrics

· confident, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of communication skills

· an excellent command of the English language - both spoken and written

· a professional and discrete attitude

· strong core mathematical skills

· extremely organised, with strong administration skills

· strong time management and prioritisation skills

· the ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure

· the ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility

· experience managing a team of 2-4

· a good team player with a strong work ethic

· proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word, and Google Suites
