Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity with a successful eyewear business , one which will suit a person based in or within easy commuting distance to London and where you will have direct responsibility for B2B sales growth within EMEA regions for licensed and own brand product.

Previous B2B sales experience is required. Direct to retail / multi channel .

Negotiable base salary plus commission with excellent OTE potential .

London base with flexible working and frequent travel.


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO you will collaborate across departments from marketing to design and finance.

Take responsibility for sales & business growth with licensed brand product and own brand across the EMEA regions

Carry out Market research to analyse trends and identify opportunities across different retail channels .

Monitor competitor activity

Establish and implement the sales strategies to open new business accounts and further develop established business . Strategies to achieve excellent growth for the different brands.

Sales presentations and price negotiations

Achievement of unit and financial objectives including margins for the different brands

Sales presentations and attending major trade shows within Europe as a business ambassador .

To be actively involved with industry relevant events.

Build on-going business relationships .

Work closely with established distribution partners and source additional partners when required


The Person:

Educated to Degree level you will need to have at least 5 years’ experience as a B2B Sales Manager or Business Development Manager -B2B. Preferably with previous European or international experience . Experience of selling into a variety of mainstream retail channels and a background within optical or fashion accessories or licensed accessories brands . Excellent communication and well developed commercial and financial awareness along with a great network of retail contacts within EMEA

A highly motivated person who is sales driven and able to travel on a regular basis.

Additional European languages will be beneficial .
