As a Senior Sales (VIC Specialist) you will deliver exceptional client experiences through client engagement as well as deputise alongside store management team. In return you can expect (add any unique selling points for the role) – eg. boutique hours, one weekend off a month, trainingand development to support career progression etc.

Permanent- Full-time, 40 hours per week

What you’ll do:

• Support the Management Team with managing the day-to-day operations. You will lead by example and support the management team with suggestions on improvements to boost boutique performance.
• As a Senior Sales VIC client expert you will demonstrate a constant awareness and strive to achieve key performance indicators and targets.
• Engage with VIC clients through storytelling and ensuring great customer service.
• Support with Jimmy Choo VIC client engagement events
• Maintain your own client database as well as engage and build relationships with new clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Ensure merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and the general cleanliness of the boutique.
• As a Senior Sales you will also support resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and sharing solutions with the store management.
• Play an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
• Participate and support the team in stock takes as well as store administration, stock management and visual merchandising.

You will have demonstrable success gained as a Senior Sales Associate/ VIC client relationship specialist and have knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.

You will be enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
