£175k-£200k + bonus + equity

My client is looking to hire a Chief Transformation Officer, to report to the CEO and work alongside the PE Sponsors and lead a critical Transformation programme.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the entire transformation journey and the value creation initiatives across the group, coordinating between different Business Units, working groups and senior stakeholders, reporting to the Group Executive Chair.
- A primary focus on growing top-line revenues, and commercial growth via new commercial propositions (in new product innovations, product launches, etc).
- Off- / near-shoring: Understand opportunity to leverage lower cost locations across tech and non-tech functions, and execute transition
- Procurement optimisation: Execute strategic sourcing program to reduce cost of external services
- Customer Service efficiency: Eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies, increase use of technology to drive more efficient and effective customer service
- G&A efficiency: Eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies
- IT Optimisation: Understand the evolution plan of IT and the modules most likely to over and under/deliver on ROI
The Chief Transformation Officer will be responsible and accountable for:
- Support the identification, scoping, planning, execution and monitoring of value creation projects across the company with an immediate focus on Commercial Growth and Transformation
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes and tools to ensure consistency and standardisation of project delivery
- Establish and maintain project management best practices, templates and guidelines to drive successful execution of value creation initiatives
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and status reports to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables
- Provide regular updates on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Have direct accountability for the execution of the plans, with specific focus on the cross-BU initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Exposure to Private Equity is likely to be important to ensure a common frame of reference
- With the Commercial nature of this programme it would suit a candidate who was previously a Chief Commercial Officer or Chief Revenue Officer.
- Track record of execution and significant outperformance relative to the market and the achievement of considerable change to facilitate growth and business improvement
- Proven high levels of commercial acumen with excellent influencing and relationship building skills at senior levels are essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
