Mechanical Project Manager Duties will include...

• Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and approve invoices.
• Procurement: Source materials, coordinate with vendors, and manage inventory.
• Team Leadership: Supervise teams, manage workforce schedules, and ensure clear communication.
• Technical Oversight: Review designs, inspect sites, and oversee system testing.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, handle changes, and report to stakeholders.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards.
• Project Close-Out: Finalize documentation, address issues, and review project performance.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and make decisions to keep the project on track.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracts, handle claims, and manage legal obligations.
