National Account Manager

Just Food Recruitment is recruiting for a market-leading Food Service Manufacturer who is looking for a National Account Manager (NAM) to join them at this very exciting time for the business.

The role will be to work with their major client, the NHS, and experience of working directly with the NHS is essential to be considered for this position.

The company has impressive expansion plans and is growing revenue and profit year-on-year.

Job Purpose:

Develop and foster strong business relationships with both new and established customers. Actively seek out and engage with potential new clients in alignment with business strategy. Support the successful execution of new bids and opportunities. Deliver engaging product presentations and training to enhance exceptional customer service and satisfaction standards.

Must Haves:

• Maintain a customer-focused approach in a professional manner consistently.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions within the
• organisation.
• Possess a "completer-finisher" mindset with strong project management skills.
• Show a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relations while successfully acquiring new business.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the commercial landscape within the hospital food
• service industry.
• Showcase excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Hold a valid full driving license.
• Display flexibility in working hours and environments, considering the predominantly
• field-based nature of the role. Role includes overnight stays away as required.
• Demonstrate the capability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans, while
• fostering successful relationships with new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability
• to deliver engaging presentations.
• Possess intermediate-level IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• A robust network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
• A solid grasp of the commercial landscape within the Healthcare sector.
