Customer Service Assistant

My client is driven by the purpose to develop, manufacture and market a broad range of pharmaceutical products globally. With an international presence and a site in Luton, they are looking to grow their customer service team.

The person will be reporting to the customer service manager and will be liaising with all teams at the Luton HQ. This is a high-energy role which requires great communication and a problem-solving mentality.

Responsibilities:

• Order approval through the use of SAP.
• To promote the company as a credible, assured and committed supplier.
• Maintain documentation for the team and customers, including Northern Ireland Declarations, Product lists and Customer information.
• Ensure good communication with the Sales team and customers for any updates on orders, pricing discrepancies, delays and stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Good level of education and qualifications including Math and English.
• Proven Customer Service experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills. Knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to go the extra mile to engage customers and solve problems.
