Location:

Home-Based (Fully Remote, with 4 face-to-face meetings per year)

Salary:

£25-32K pa (Dependent on experience) plus revenue based bonuses.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are a fully remote company looking for a motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Service Representative to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. This is a home-based role, with the requirement to attend four face-to-face meetings per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer queries within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  2. Maintain master spreadsheets and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Keep asset tracking systems updated to reflect any changes or movements in customer devices.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding technical issues with any GTN product.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, being proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with faulty devices, ensuring quick resolutions.
  7. Provide first-line support via our helpdesk and over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.


Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role (Telecommunications experience is an advantage).
  2. Familiar with telecoms supplier partners and portals (Highly desirable)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
  5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Basic understanding of troubleshooting devices and technical issues.
  7. Competent with maintaining records and spreadsheets (proficiency in Excel or other data tools preferred).
  8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management skills.
