Order Processor

MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK Fenestration sector. We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor within the Window & Door trade supply sector to join an established and successful manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors, and bi-folds.

The role is to support the business by:

• Respond to new enquiries and customer orders by processing quotations and orders for a wide range of windows and doors.
• Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering additional information as required
• Input volume orders into a window design programme
• Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
• Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has excellent attention to detail skills, good customer relationship and communication skills.

Specific order processing experience within the window and door trade supply sector is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' of order processing experience within the Window & Door trade supply sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
