Data Analytics Manager

Up to £87,000 + bonuses

Hybrid - London

A great opportunity to join a leading aviation business as a Data Analytics Manager

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a leading aviation business on a key customer-centric hire, as they seek to bring a Data Analytics Manager into the business.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will utilise SQL, Python and Databricks to conduct customer driven analysis across consumer engagement, retail and property, transport routes, aircraft and carbon emissions.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with several teams on a broad scope of projects, to drive insight with data to make better decision making and embed that into the business
  • Utilise a modern data stack - Python, Azure, Databricks, Fivetran
  • Produce insights on customers, utilising modelling techniques, as well as thinking from a strategic and commercial standpoint
  • Modelling - Time-series forecasting e.g. number of people visiting car parking, predicting number of people visiting the site, predict digital revenue, carbon modelling, what types of cars are travelling to the site, passenger flow
  • Supporting retail team - What is driving the most sales

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with both Python and Databricks required
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to embed insights into the business
  • Strong background in analytics and customer data
  • Mentoring/management skills preferred
