Marketing Content Manager

ACA Live is an award-winning, creative production agency. We help brands create unforgettable experiences. For over a decade, we have been designing, producing, and delivering integrated brand experiences that engage audiences through live and digital mediums. We collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands in the luxury, alcohol, FMCG, and lifestyle sectors to deliver a wide array of integrated events – always featuring a live element – to consumer, trade, and corporate audiences.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Content Manager to join our team. This is a new role, and reflects a commitment to supporting our busy team as we grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing content creation, and enhancing our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record in marketing and content management.

This role could be suitable for a candidate looking for a part time role, either 3 or 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote ACA Live.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set marketing goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement campaigns and strategies that are aligned with ACA’s organisational vision and goals

Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling, accessible and original content for various channels including website, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery.
• Understanding of content management systems.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to maintain a consistent brand voice and message. This will including supporting the materials required when pitching for new business
• Lead our Award submissions process

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

• Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Brand Management:

• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with ACA Live's brand identity and guidelines.
• Enhance the company's online presence and reputation through strategic content marketing and PR.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling visual content.

Live Event:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for ACA Live's events, including pre-event promotion, onsite coverage, and post-event follow-up.
• Attend live events to capture content.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify ACA Live's reach.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports for the senior leadership team.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience within a marketing, content creation role.
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years in a similar environment - for example an agency, or a creative, production or live business.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The salary for this role is between £36,000 - £40,000 ( pro rata - ed if 3/4 days a week)
