Estate Manager

I have partnered with a fantastic client looking for an Estate Manager to join their team. This is a very exciting, newly created role to look after a gorgeous mixed use (luxury retail, F&B, office building) area as well as a public realm. The estate itself is a beautifully designed award winning hive of activity with further development in pipeline.

The role offers 1 day working from home and 4 onsite, a fantastic package and the chance to manage one of London's most affluent locations.

Day to day duties include:

• Communicating and engaging with tenants, site staff, contractors and consultants
• Monitoring and controlling all expenditure, including service charge
• Liaising with internal H&S, Facilities and other internal teams to ensure estate is compliant
• Managing major works
• Overseeing multiple plant machine, electrical and area safety teams

About you:

• Experience within a retail building management or mixed use estate/property management role
• Strong budgeting or service charge knowledge
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable but not essential
