Senior Building Surveyor – Expanding Consultancy

We are currently working with a medium sized project and building consultancy who bring a fresh innovative approach to surveying and have an exceptional tier one client base including leading industrial investor developers, landed estates and commercial property developers / managers. Established just before the pandemic they have expanded to c.20 people and are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office.

Remuneration:

£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus 10% - 20%

The Role:

The Senior Building Surveyor will lead the project management and contracts administration of fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between £100,000 and c.£5 million in addition to some professional surveying including technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys and some dilapidations.

Their sector focus is all private within the industrial / warehouse, retail, student accommodation and office space with key clients across London and the Thames Valley.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying
• 2+ years PQE experience running 360 projects preferably within the industrial, retail or office sectors
• Additional professional experience in TDD and pre-acquisition
• Personality: Fun, social, ambitious and commercials astute.
