Location: Sunderland

Salary: £45,000 Pro rata

Part time - 3 days per week

CY Partners are currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Manager to join a North East based Pharmaceutical manufacturer. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing the HR system.
• Supporting recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
• Advising and supporting Team Leaders with people strategy.
• Providing career planning and lifecycle development for employees.
• Developing and implementing an effective HR management system.
• Monitoring HR systems and policies to ensure compliance.

Role Requirements:

• Previous HR Experience
• CIPD level 5 qualification.
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance legislation.
• Excellent time management and analytical reporting skills.
• Proven ability in building a people strategy aligned to the business for growth and sustainability.
