ERP Support Analyst

We need an ERP Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Specifically:

• Provide technical support;
• System maintenance and configuration;
• Training and documentation;
• System upgrades and implementations;
• Data management and reporting;
• Collaboration and continuous improvement.

If you have the following skills and attributes, then we want to hear from you:

• IT or Systems engineering/manufacturing background with a good appreciation of automation tools and technologies;
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP support, preferably with Radius ERP or similar dealing with various third parties in the maintenance of ERP based applications;
• Experience with SQL and ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management);
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communicator who can demonstrate understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and see the bigger picture;
• Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated;
• Able to lead projects from inception through to successful conclusion;
• Highly reliable with honesty and integrity.
