Head Chef of Banqueting

This new prestigious 5-star hotel is seeking a Head Chef for its Events and PDR

You will be creating fresh British/European Cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients. You will be leading a small brigade, but additional resources will be available as required. You must have proven experience within 5-star hotels in a senior role. You must also have strong management and motivational skills and banqueting experience.

As Head Chef, you will be confident when writing menus, maintaining GP’s and all other financial and admin aspects. You must have a cheerful and approachable attitude as you will be dealing directly with clients for tastings and menu planning. All food is freshly prepared on site to at least a 2 AA Rosette standard. A competitive salary of £80,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
