Since going independent in February 2023, Arcade has been on an incredible journey. We’ve revitalised our original Centrepoint site, built a dynamic Support Office team, opened the massive Arcade Battersea, and most recently, launched Arcade X on the Thames.... And this is just the beginning!

The Nitty Gritty

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop our talented sales team, ensuring their progression and succession planning.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute innovative sales strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Communication: Foster clear communication across all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing efforts are unified.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met, with clear action plans in place for any shortfalls.


Not Forgetting:

Financial Management: Oversee P&L responsibilities and ensure the profitability of all sales initiatives.

Support: Provide full support to the sales team, helping them achieve their goals and maintain a clear focus on targets.


Our Head of Sales Deal Breakers:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for mentoring a seasoned team.
  • Proven experience managing significant annual revenue, ideally over £25m.
  • A passion for food and drink that extends beyond just work.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to inform strategic decisions.
