Job Description
We are looking to take on an experienced Tutor. The successful Tutor will have the opportunity to work in fantastic Further Education setting in the heart of Cardiff, with staff who are committed to ensuring the progression and success of their students, and in a learning environment that promotes high-quality learning and skills development.
As a Tutor, you will work with NEET Students who will require a strong and consistent mentor to guide them. We are looking for someone with a diverse and relevant background in areas such as social and youth work.
Out successful Tutor will:
Have experience with challenging behaviours
have social/youth worker, diverse background experience
Have great behavioural management skills/experience with challenging behaviour
Have a basic understanding of Well-being, Employability, Essential Skills, soft/hard skills and life skills
