Job Description

25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a competitive salary of 30k, the opportunity to grow your career with the business and contribute at early stages of this 3 year old, growing business.

Working: M-F 8-5, fully office based in Kirkcaldy
Salary: 30k DOE

You'll join a small team of 3 providing a high standard of delivery to both commercial customers and direct consumers, with a current turnover of 1.5 mil and plans to grow to 5 mil by year 5 it's an exciting opportunity to really contribute to the success of a fast growing business.

Join this business at a time where you will be part of the key foundations the business is going to build around.

Duties:

- Sales order management from inception through to completion
- Providing quotations
- Purchasing, negotiation with existing suppliers and sourcing additional suppliers if required
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics
- Invoicing
- Ensuring payments have been received, credit control where required
- Updating the CRM database
- As the business grows, implementing new processes as required

What we're looking for in the right person:

- Experience across sales administration or order management
- Multi-tasking skills, this role is for you if you like a varied workload
- Pro-active nature, it's a small team so we're looking for you to be confident & taking ownership
- MS Office proficient
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
